Personal tracking tool—not medical care

My Active Vitals is a personal health tracking and awareness tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency monitoring, or clinical decision-making. Information and AI-generated estimates may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about medical questions and decisions.

Do not use My Active Vitals for emergencies. Contact local emergency services when immediate assistance is needed.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. You agree to provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your information

You retain ownership of information you enter. You grant us permission to host, process, and display it as needed to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to enter any information you provide.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it at unreasonable volume, reverse engineer protected portions, or use it to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

AI-assisted estimates

AI-assisted nutrition outputs are estimates, not verified laboratory measurements or professional dietary advice. You are responsible for reviewing estimates before relying on or saving them. Usage may be subject to plan allowances and fair-use safeguards disclosed before purchase.

Subscriptions and trials

When paid subscriptions launch, current prices, billing frequency, trial terms, renewal details, taxes, and applicable limits will be shown before checkout. A trial requiring a payment method will convert to the selected paid plan unless canceled before the disclosed trial end. You may cancel renewal at any time and retain access through the applicable paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep My Active Vitals available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons. Material changes affecting paid service will be communicated when reasonably possible.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, My Active Vitals is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on user-entered data or generated estimates.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, security threats, fraud, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Data handling following termination is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the service evolves. Updated terms will show a revised date, and material changes will receive additional notice when required.
