AI-assisted features

When you request an AI-assisted nutrition estimate, the food description and relevant request details may be sent to an AI service provider to generate the result. Avoid entering names or unrelated sensitive information in food descriptions. AI estimates may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before use.

Service providers

We may use service providers for hosting, databases, security, email, customer support, analytics, AI processing, and payment processing. They receive only the information needed to perform services for us and are subject to their own contractual and security obligations.

Payments

When subscriptions launch, payment information will be collected and processed by our payment provider. My Active Vitals will not directly store full payment card numbers.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain security, and comply with law. Account deletion and data export procedures will be described before paid subscriptions launch.
